Volunteer Opportunities
Our volunteers and community involvement are vital to the success of Broadway Village Gardens. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and all levels of experience – there’s lots of ways you can get involved!
Volunteering at Broadway Village Gardens provides a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental projects while building connections with fellow community members.
Whether you have green fingers or simply want to lend an enthusiastic helping hand, there will be various roles to suit your skills and interests. From assisting in planting and garden maintenance to organising community workshops and events, or even leading teams on specific projects, your involvement will help us create a thriving communal space.
Donate
Your support means so much to us! While we’re not accepting donations just yet, we’d love to keep you in the loop. Send us a quick email, and we’ll notify you as soon as we’re ready to receive contributions.
Every bit of support—whether through donations, volunteering, or simply spreading the word—helps us purchase essential tools, seeds, plants, and materials for our community garden projects. We’re committed to transparency, ensuring that every resource goes directly toward strengthening our community and promoting sustainability.
Community Events
Broadway Village Gardens is working towards hosting a variety of community events throughout the calendar year, aimed at encouraging participation, education, and enjoyment. From garden workshops and nature walks to seasonal fairs and family-friendly gatherings, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
These events provide a wonderful opportunity to learn more about gardening, sustainability, and healthy living while connecting with your neighbours. If you have an idea as an individual, or you are an organisation and would like to work with us, please send us a message!
Community Shares
We are currently in the process of creating a Community Share Offer and will be sharing more information about this very soon.
By purchasing community shares, you will be able to actively participate in the transformation of Broadway into a sustainable and vibrant place. This initiative gives you a say in the management and direction of our community garden projects, ensuring that your investment directly supports local initiatives. Join other like-minded individuals in making a tangible impact on our village’s environmental health and social cohesion. Together, as shareholders, we will cultivate a sense of ownership and pride in our community’s growth and development.
